I work at Hewlett-Packard, in the IC test methodology group. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Victoria in 1985 and 1986, and my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in 1990. Before joining HP, I also worked at the Alberta Research Council and at TRIUMF. Neither of these is directly related to what I am doing now, which is mainly R&D in VLSI testing and diagnosis. My current interests are fault diagnosis, built-in self-test, fault modeling, IDDQ testing, and synthesis for testability.
